Next Week, A Celebration of Life...

So, next Monday I leave for CA. Unfortunately the hubs and I are going back home due to some less than exciting news. I mentioned a few posts back that Ryan's grandfather passed away and we are ultimately going to celebrate his life in a memorial service that will be held next week. He was a great man, as sweet as can be and I am so grateful that I was able to get to know him briefly before he passed. He was a fighter, a flirt and a great craftsman among many things. He lived a long, full life, but of course he will be greatly missed. I find comfort though knowing that he's up there in heaven now, looking down on all of us. He has plenty of great people to keep him company up there.
